The self check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean and had modern decor. The hotel's location, a few blocks from Union Station, made it easy for me to travel around the city. The 24/7 coffee availability in the common area was a nice touch for a quick pick-me-up before heading out for the day.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and fulfilling special requests. the location near Georgetown and Union Station was very convenient. However, the self check-in process was glitchy and could be improved for a better guest experience.

Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great area of the capital.

One aspect that could be improved is the noise level within the hotel, including street sounds and room-to-room noise. the hotel's positioning near a homeless shelter may evoke safety concerns for some guests.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Washington. The rooms were practical with 2 double beds.

Perfect location for exploring the Congress, monuments, and museums. Despite issues with the small room and strange bathroom layout, the train station proximity and coffee station on every floor were highlights. Unfortunately, the swimming pool management, unclear deposit policy, and unnecessary music were major drawbacks. Ordering food was inconvenient, lacking a microwave and limited trash cans. Staff's lack of assistance was off-putting. The adjustable bed and comfortable couch were appreciated in the larger room.

The breakfast was not completely included as normally reserved only up to 15 dollars per person which was not specified on the reservationb and that it was necessary to count at least 25 dollars per person ... very expensive the breakfast....

We found it disappointing that we had to pay extra for WiFi, pool and gym. ventilation system is very noisy, as is the ice machine in the hallway. We didn't sleep very well because of the noise.

The mezzanine lounge, with its fireplace and heavy sofas, provided the perfect place for deep conversation while sipping mouthwatering cocktails. The ambiance was so cozy, it felt like I was in the living room of a wealthy friend's mansion, enjoying great drinks and even better company.

location if you come by train as the hotel is less than 10 min walk from the train station and especially 5 min from the Capitol and national mall. size of the very spacious room, cleanliness and breakfast-coffee in the morning.

Lack of soundproofing from the bedroom to the hallway, quite noisy. No fridge or kettle: Only freeze-dried coffee was offered, no tea. Size of the bathroom rather small compared to the size of the room. The price-quality ratio is insufficient but it is still acceptable for Washington.

Double debit on my bank card without answer and unresolved 10 days after reporting . In short I paid for 2 rooms without having the gift of ubiquity! I am still waiting for a refund. They have double charged my card and still haven't reimbursed me 10 days after I sent them my claim

Stayed at a trendy hotel, felt like a hipster. Small room, couldn't even fit past the bed when it's unfolded. Tiny bathroom with no privacy. And guess what, no cup for brushing my teeth! My friends and I had a dope time at this hotel in Washington, DC! We were able to walk to all the cool spots like the Capitol and the Tidal Basin. The rooftop pool was lit, and we had a blast playing outdoor games and chilling at the bar. The location was perfect for hitting up sports bars and having a great time.

The only thing that would've made our stay even better is if there were more late-night options for young party-goers near the hotel.

The room was pretty neat, loved the cool lighting and comfy bed with remote control, TV had Google Chrome - super handy, gym had good workout gear. The location was superb, right near Union Station and the Capitol, easy $24 parking round the corner, fast check-in, lovely staff. I stored my bday cake, major props for that. The only downside was a funky hallway smell and a pool scene that was a bit too wild to bring the kids along 👎. 🌟

The hotel's location near Union Station and the Capitol Building was convenient for transportation and sightseeing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.

The location was unbeatable, just a few streets away from Capitol Hill and at the start of the museum trail. The beds were also very comfortable and the room had everything I could ask for.

During my recent transit stay at YOTEL Washington DC, I was impressed by the convenient location of the hotel. Situated just a 10-minute walk from Judiciary Square and merely 10 minutes' walk from Washington Union, it offered easy access to the key transportation hubs. the proximity of the hotel to Grand Central Station, just one subway stop away via the 6 train, made it incredibly convenient for me to navigate the city and catch my connecting transportation.

While my stay at YOTEL Washington DC was overall comfortable, I found the size of the room to be a bit smaller than I anticipated. Although this didn’t significantly impact my stay, a little extra space would have been appreciated.
